Initial interior consultation for already-furnished home, $21 per room: I’ll take you room-to-room and suggest what items should be removed and either put into storage or put aside for a garage sale (which could earn enough money for you to pay for your staging)! Eliminating clutter is essential before I come in and do my work. The more order in your space, the more work I can do in less time (saving you money in the long run). This includes doing an inventory of the items you already have that can be used for staging. I’ll take before-and-after photos. I grant full use of the photos of your staged home if you need to use them for marketing (as long as I have permission to use the photos in my promotional materials).
Exterior consultation, $59: I’ll walk the property with you and discuss what I think will give your place great curb appeal. I don’t pull weeds, wash windows, or paint trim, but I can recommend who can. I can help choose paint trim colors and help with outdoor furniture and plant container placement, which would be included in my estimate of either whole-day or half-day staging.
Whole-day staging, $496: I’ll re-hang art, move furniture for optimal placement in rooms (as long as it’s easy enough for me to move), perhaps do a little painting, arrange art accessory pieces, vases and floral arrangements, and find the right place for plant containers inside and outside. Most homes, depending on the size, can be staged in a day. Estimates will be made before any work begins. Half-day pricing is also available for partial home staging.
Whole-day shopping for staging items, $496 plus cost of items: I can help choose outdoor paint trim colors, find that perfect centerpiece for your dining table, the ideal bedding for your bedroom, and the best accessories for your bathroom. I will work with you to create a comfortable budget for these shopping items. Half-day pricing is also available if the shopping list isn’t too large.
